Lovely place, big size room. Units with balcony. What a marvellous and exceptional location to local shops! And next to Sri Lanka, the centre of the tourist strip in Negombo, and the tourist strip. Simply no complains at all, REALLY NICE stay.

The staff at the hotel were incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy during our stay. They sorted out all of our airport transfer arrangements and were always available at the 24-hour reception to assist us. The room was clean and well-maintained, and any issues with the WiFi were quickly resolved. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach. The hotel also offered great amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, bar/lounge area, and a restaurant with delicious breakfast options. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Pleasant, homely place. Always stay here. No regrets. Staff kindly helped me with bug spray on my first visit. Perfect for me. Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hr reception/security, bar/restaurant, shuttle service, pool. No pets. Air-con. Love spending Christmas here.

The hotel is situated in an ideal location for those who want to stay close to the beach and in the center of the tourist strip. the rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with a very efficient air conditioning system. the service is top-notch, as the friendly and polite staffs are always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. breakfast is great and the internet connection is reliable.
The shower water may be a little bit cool in the early morning.
